Chip-Implanted Human Cyborg

Very strange how Kevin Warwick said that in 1998 they coded the chip as 666 on his implant? But, the whole system crashed, and they could not get it up with the 666 so the implant was not running, since the implant with 666 would not work, he ended up with 161, and why this happened he says, he don't know, they could not figure it out.
